Easy and healthy daily pancakes recipe

There are plenty of recipes of the perfect pancakes, but today we decided to share with you an easy, healthy, foolproof daily crepe recipe, which will take approximately 20 min of cooking and 10 min of preparation.

To make 12pancakes you will need:

  •  100g plain flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 table spoon sunflower or vegetable oil, plus a little extra for frying
  • lemon (to serve, optional)
  •  sugar (to serve, optional)
  • pinch of salt

Preparation process:

A) Put the flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt into a bowl then mix till a smooth consistency. It is preferable to let the batter rest for about 30 minutes. But if you don’t have that much time, you can also start cooking the crêpes straight after.

B) Slightly oil the pan and heat the latter over medium heat. When the pan is hot, cook pancakes for 1 min on each side until they turn into a golden colour.

C) We advice you to serve the pancakes with lemon and sugar, but you can also eat them with whatever filling you like.

All it takes is three simple steps, and you have delicious crêpes!

CHL tip: Once they cooled down, you can layer the pancakes between baking paper, then wrap them in cling film and freeze for up to 2 months! Isn’t this great? 🙂
