Homemade honey & oats biscuits

If you are looking for an easy and healthy snack, than look no more! Before buying all the cereal bars from the supermarket, give a go to this quick and easy recipe for a hearty, energy-rich and fiber-rich snack!
Ingredients for 8 servings:

100g dried pitted dates

6 tbsp of honey

3 tbsp of tahini

50g. almonds / hazelnuts roasted and cut into chunks

1½ cup of oat flakes

1 tsp of cinnamon

Preparation:

1. After roasting almonds or hazelnuts for 15 minutes in the oven, put dates / prunes in the mixer until the mixture is pureed and the nuts are in small pieces

2. In a bowl, mix honey, tahini and cinnamon

3. In another bowl mix the oats, nuts, dried fruit and mix of honey and tahini

4. Once you mix all ingredients, form medium sized biscuits and place them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 °C .
