After a very successful year, we are pleased to announce the continuation of this wonderful class, as before on THURSDAYS at 10am!

PILATES is an exercise system that is suitable for all people regardless of AGE and FITNESS level.

Led by instructor Roger Brignell, author of “The Pilates Handbook” who personally trained the singer Madonna, begins this class with some basic warm-up movements, then works through a series of exercises that improve posture, strengthen the core muscles, and help increase stamina, flexibility, and poise.
