Spicy Grilled Cauliflower has to be one of the most addictive healthy snacks around. The coated spicy mixture gives the cauliflower an earthy flavour, whilst the crispy crust is amazingly delicious. Not only does it taste great but it is also easy to make. Cauliflower provides almost the total daily amount of vitamin C you need. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps boost your immune system.

Ingredients for 4 people

1 whole cauliflower

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp ginger powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tablespoons of olive oil

* tbsp: Tablespoon tsp: teaspoon

Execution method:

  1. Wash the cauliflower
  2. Cut into bite-size pieces
  3. In a large container, mix all the ingredients together
  4. Coat the cauliflower with the ingredients and then place it on a rack. Grill until lightly golden brown for about 10-15 minutes, flipping in the middle

Dietitian Tip: You can also bake the whole cauliflower and then cut it into slices in front of your guests for a more impressive serving!
